Cape Arago State Park is located in Coos Bay, Oregon. It is located at the end-point of Cape Arago Highway. The park may only be used during the day. Picnic tables are provided but there are very few other amenities. I have read on a few other websites that state the park provides overhead cover. This is NOT true.

The park has different paths leading down to the coves which surround the park. There are a number of great vantage points to perhaps to spot migrating whales, and you may often see deer, elk, rabbits, and even chipmunks inhabiting the park. All of the pictures below were taken at Cape Arago State Park. Make sure to bring your cameras! Sunsets are awesome and even add more wonder to the beauty of this State Park.
