We left early this afternoon for a day of picture taking, and to enjoy an early Spring's Day. Just after noon we packed the truck with the essentials. Food, drink, and most importantly the camera, the tripod, and a couple of empty memory cards. We really had no plans on where we were going, so at each turn we just decided to go whatever way we chose. Our first stop was across the bridge over to Eastside. Each picture is labeled and describes the first of our many stops.

After leaving Eastside we headed North up Historic Highway 101 about 10 miles to where we reached the turn that leads to Charleston and the Seven Devils Beach. The sun was still bright and the following photos were taken from the side of the road before we reached the beach. There is a lot of clear cut land in the area which I chose not to shoot, but some of the valleys are quite beautiful. Again, I have placed an alternate text tag on each photo to help better describe the area.

Our next stop on the day's journey was a visit to Seven Devil's Beach.
