An Old Wooden Dock

I took this picture one day when I was out four-wheeling along the spit. This dock has been sitting there in all it's glory for perhaps longer than I've been alive. I'm sure at one time it was used to load and unload logs and other cargo which came into the bay. It make for a nice picture; the water was calm and the sun was about where it needed to be and the tide was partially out. It's nice to look at such history that's still left in the area, and it's just waiting for you to find it so bring your cameras. I was using a Nikon Digital SLR. Nothing special about my camera settings although I was using an ultraviolet lens cover.
