I get quite a lot of photograph submissions. Judi Hastings has considerable skill with her camera. She uses a Canon EOS digital camera and has graciously shared these photographs.
The butterfly pictures were taken at the Seattle Science Center. Other pictures inclued the Lavender Festival; the Phantom Ship at Crater Lake in Oregon; Waterfalls at the Rogue River; Ohme Gardens in Wenatchee; A beautiful swan; A bee collecting pollen; and her favorite old truck which I'm sure she drives daily (smile).

I just love looking at other photographers work. It's so very nice to see how others see the world through their cameras and Judi is a very good at her craft. The colors are bright, the exposure settings are fantastic, and her use of filters is obvious.
