This is a fairly old picture, and the reason I can tell is because the Lighthouse is actually working and the light is flashing. A couple of years ago they removed the light (for what reason I do not know). It was also just pure luck that I got the shipping lights at the same time because they flash periodically. The picture is just a bit out of focus because I had to set the exposure time a bit slow to capture the light that was left and can be seen in the movement of the boats. This is a fairly typical view of the harbor and jetty near sunset when the fog layer has not overtaken the shoreline.
