It's so nice to have so many different places to go in the area to pursue my love of photography. I do spend most of my time at or near the beach, but there are some places inland that are just beautiful if you happen to catch the light just right, and as in this case the sky was perfect. I'm facing east, and the hint of red in the lake is rather common because we get some very colorful sunsets along the coastline of Oregon. I didn't do anything special with the camera, other than to use a tripod to keep any jitters out of a rather long exposure setting.
