Coos Bay Home
I've taken so many photographs over the years, many in panorama, but I've never fully developed the technique to a satisfy quality until now. There is currently only one quicktime panorama below, but as time goes by I'll make more of all the locations I visit. You will need the Quciktime Player to view the panorama, and if you are on a dial-up connection the movie will take some time to load. You can download the quicktime player from Apple Computer's Website here.
This panorama was taken soon after the holdiay lights were lit and it gives a nice idea of what you'll find while visiting Shore Acres Holiday of Lights. I have other pages dedicated to the park and the lights so please visit my Shore Acres Holiday Lights pages. Again, you'll need the quicktime viewer installed on your browser. You can manipulate the image by left-clicking your mouse button and while holding it down you will be able to control the movement of the picture - both side to side and up and down.
This is from the fountain near the center of the park taken about just after the sun had set. The total panorama took 10 individual photographs and the final image is nearly 1 megabyte in length.
