Seven Devil's Beach and Whiskey Run

After traveling a few miles down Seven Devil's Road we made the turn to the beach. Upon our arrival at the beach the sun was bright, and there was just a hint of fog in the air. I took out the camera and set-up in the middle of the beach (after falling in the creek) to take my first set of true 360 Degree panorama. Please don't mistake Seven Devils Beach with Whiskey Run. Motor vehicles are not permitted on Seven Devils Beach; only on Whiskey Run. The beach was rather empty, just a few locals riding their dirt bikes, and there were also a couple of sail boarders out enjoying the nice day as the winds pulled them along the waves. Not long after I reached about one fourth of my pan of the beach the fog very quickly came in. I'm sure you can notice the difference in the pictures. This group of photos is taken nearly sequentially and you'll notice the rapidly developing fog making its' way in. The "flowers" that you see are actually a weed called Scottish Broom. They are lovely flowers, but they have taken over much of the countryside, and they are quite an annoyance because they cover the ground where the trees should be growing.
