Coos Bay Home and Site

First, I'd like to say I love looking at the snow, but I don't like it for more than a few minutes. I suppose that's one reason I live on the coast. I do make rather frequent trips inland where I do drive through the snow so I decided to get out of the truck and take a few pictures of the mountains while they were very shortly covered with snow. These photos were not taken far from Coos Bay and the snow had already melted quite a lot since the storm, but as you travel further inland the snow quickly becomes quite thick - fortunately I don't have to go that far inland. The ski resorts are miles from where these pictures were taken - again not liking the snow I'm not a skier but Oregon surely does offer some of the best ski resorts in the country.
